AOL has corrected this problem. Mail to @aol.com e-mail addresses is functioning normally again.
Customers attempting to e-mail addresses at the "aol.com" domain name may experience temporary delivery errors. We have contacted AOL concerning this issue. In the mean time, our mail servers will queue any mail with a destination address of @aol.com for delivery once the issue is resolved. This notification will be updated once we receive more information from AOL. There is no need to contact Technical Support. As of 4:30pm on 11/22, this problem has been resolved.

This maintenance has been completed.
It will be necessary to keep the POP3/IMAP host for Dialup and Wireless customers offline until 7:00am. During this maintenance, Dialup and Wireless customers may experience difficulty downloading their e-mail or accessing the MooMail Member Portal. We apologize for the inconvienience and will have the server back online as soon as possible.

This issue has been resolved.
One of our mail servers, named Jersey, required a reboot at approximately 3:30pm today. During the reboot, dialup and wireless subscribers whose e-mail is located on this server would have received "unable to connect" or "connection refused" messages. The total downtime of the server was 6 minutes.

This issue has been resolved.
During the weekend, a spam blacklisting database service Silicon Dairy deployed to reduce the amount of unwanted e-mail messages from entering our network experienced intermittent failures. During this time, some e-mail messages may have been temporarily delayed or rejected with a "blacklisted" bounce notification. The problem was resolved today (7/9/2006). Any questions should be sent to our Customer Service department using our contact form or by telephone.

Network Status: OK: Fiber Cut Causing Connection Trouble Thursday, June 22, 2006 09:46AM

Our carrier reports this problem is resolved.
There is currently an alert on a main Internet transit point in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Reported, two fiberoptic lines were cut, causing some web sites to load slowly or not at all. These fiberoptic junctions support connectivity to various providers in the northeast United States (including Silicon Dairy). We currently have a trouble ticket open with our carrier. We will update this notice as more information becomes available.

Update (6/22 10:01am): Our carrier reports this problem has been resolved.
