This issue has been resolved.
During the weekend, a spam blacklisting database service Silicon Dairy deployed to reduce the amount of unwanted e-mail messages from entering our network experienced intermittent failures. During this time, some e-mail messages may have been temporarily delayed or rejected with a "blacklisted" bounce notification. The problem was resolved today (7/9/2006).
